About Contexto
You guess words and the game ranks each one by how close it is in meaning to the secret word, using a language model rather than letters. Rank 1 is the answer. It rewards a completely different instinct from every other puzzle here: thinking about topic and register instead of shape and spelling.
How these hints work
Every hint is behind a click, and they run from vaguest to most specific. That ordering is the whole design: a page that opens with the answer is not a hints page, it is a spoiler with extra steps. Open one at a time and stop as soon as you can see the way in.
Where an answer is published at all, it sits behind a second, separate disclosure at the bottom, so you cannot trip over it while reading a hint.
